Payment Method
Biteable.com uses Stripe as the payment gateway and does not store credit card information.
For customers subscribed to a Biteable Pro plan, only credit card payments are accepted. All major credit cards like Visa, AmEx, or Mastercard are accepted.
For customers subscribed to a Biteable Premium plan, all major credit cards are accepted. Additionally, invoice, ACH, wire or check are also accepted.
To update or change the payment method, navigate to My Account from the Home Dashboard. In the Plans and Billing section, click the "Change payment method" button to update the payment method.

How To Open A Biteable Account?
To open an account on Biteable.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the Biteable.com website.
- Click on the Sign Up button.
- Provide the required information during the registration process. Ensure that the information is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- Accept Biteable's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- Click on the Sign Up button to complete the registration.
After successful registration, users can access and use certain features of the Services. If added to a team on Biteable, users will receive an email alert. They can click the link in the email or head straight to the website to log in. Once logged in, there are three ways to make a video: Using the AI video assistant, choosing a video template, or starting a new video from scratch. Users can also set up their branding, add extra publisher seats to collaborate with their team, and manage their team members.

Biteable Return Policy?
Biteable.com offers a free 7-day trial and Monthly and Annual options. There is no purchase required to try or use the product. Therefore, refunds are not offered after the tool has been purchased and used in any capacity.
Refunds are not issued if:
- Biteable has been used but the user is not satisfied.
- The user has changed their mind after using Biteable.
However, there are some exceptions where a refund can be issued:
- An unwanted renewal has been billed. A refund for an unwanted renewal can be given within the first 24 hours since the charge.
- An incorrect subscription has been purchased. If a different subscription was intended to be purchased, the user should contact Customer Support.
- An incorrect card has been used. If a different card was intended to be used, the user should contact Customer Support.
In case of a dispute with the bank, or if there is belief of fraud or an unauthorized charge outside the examples outlined above, the user will have to go to their bank to settle it.
If a user wants to cancel their subscription, they can go to My Account in the lower left corner then click Plan and Billing option. From here, they can cancel their subscription. Cancelling the subscription will cancel the auto-renewal and allow the user to utilize Biteable through the end of their payment period. For example, if the user subscribed to Biteable Teams on January 1st and canceled the subscription on January 12th, they would still have the remainder of the month to utilize their subscription. On February 1st, they would not be charged and their subscription would end.
